Where Fontana Comes to Book a Party Bus
Party Bus Fontana has been connecting Inland Empire groups with the right vehicles since 2011 — school field trips to Glen Helen Amphitheater, bachelorette nights rolling down Foothill Boulevard into Rancho Cucamonga's wine bars, fan buses heading west on I-10 to Dodger Stadium, and wedding shuttles navigating the Route 66 corridor between ceremony venues and hotels in Ontario. We know the I-10 and I-15 interchange backs up every Friday afternoon, that the 210 Freeway grinds to a stop before any Rams game, and that Ontario Mills parking hits capacity during holiday weekends — all the frictions your group shouldn't have to wrestle with.
Our 24/7 reservation team is always one call away. Tell us your headcount, your date, and your stops, and we'll match you with the right vehicle from Buses Available at an all-inclusive price that covers everything. No hidden costs, no surprises after you book.

Group Transportation in Fontana Made Easy
When your group needs transportation across San Bernardino County, you need a company that knows the I-10 and I-15 interchange doesn't forgive late departures — and one that has already figured out where buses park at Glen Helen Amphitheater, which entrance Toyota Arena uses for oversized vehicles on concert nights, and how far the walk is from the Ontario International Airport ground transportation zone to the right baggage carousel.
Party Bus Fontana has handled those logistics thousands of times. Our network gives you access to a wide range of vehicles with instant online pricing and zero surprise line items at checkout. Our 24/7/365 reservation team is available every time you call, whether you're booking six months out for a quinceañera or scrambling to arrange a last-minute corporate shuttle to the Riverside Convention Center.
We match every group to the right vehicle size so no one pays for empty seats. We pre-confirm drop-off logistics for your specific venue and date. And when your event ends at 11 p.m. and the I-15 northbound on-ramp is backed up past Cherry Avenue, your group is already rolling — no one circling a dark parking lot, no surge pricing, no splitting a 40-person crew into seven separate rideshares.
Call 323-380-3985 for a free, no-obligation quote in under 30 seconds.
Fontana Party Bus Rentals for Every Occasion
Party Bus Fontana coordinates group transportation for every occasion across the Inland Empire and Southern California. From airport transfers and winery tours through Temecula Valley, to wedding shuttles, prom nights, corporate events, and fan trips to Dodger Stadium — whatever brings your group together, we have a vehicle and a plan. Call 323-380-3985 to get your group moving today!

Fontana Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Ontario International Airport (ONT) (2500 E Airport Dr, Ontario, CA 91761) sits roughly 8 miles west of Fontana on the I-10 — close enough that a quick rideshare seems obvious until you're coordinating 22 people with luggage after a red-eye. Commercial bus pickup at ONT uses the designated ground transportation curbside zones on the lower Arrivals level, with the bus waiting in the nearby holding area until your coordinator confirms the group is assembled. Once everyone has bags, it's a single call and the bus pulls up — no hunting for the right terminal island, no splitting the party into multiple cars on the 60 Freeway.
For groups flying into Los Angeles International (LAX) or connecting through John Wayne (SNA), we cover the transfer straight to Fontana, Rialto, San Bernardino, or wherever your hotel is — with undercarriage bays that handle a full group's luggage without anyone wrestling bags onto their laps. We highly recommend reviewing the official ONT ground transportation page before you land. Call 323-380-3985 to book your Fontana airport shuttle today.

Fontana Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Inland Empire's nightlife corridor stretches from Fontana's own stretch of Foothill Boulevard out through Rancho Cucamonga and into Upland, with casino nights at Yaamava' Resort & Casino (777 San Manuel Blvd, Highland, CA 92346) rounding out the evening for groups who want to push past midnight. A Fontana bachelorette party bus handles every stop on that circuit — cocktail bar in Rancho Cucamonga, dinner in Upland, casino floor in Highland — without anyone drawing straws for who stays sober to drive home on the 210.
Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound, so the celebration starts the moment the group loads up — not when you finally find parking at the first stop. No surge pricing at 2 a.m., no splitting a 25-person squad into five different rideshares, no waiting outside in the San Bernardino Valley heat for a car that's still eight minutes away. Call 323-380-3985 to plan your Inland Empire night out.

Fontana Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A quinceañera in the Inland Empire is a major production, and the transportation should match. Party Bus Fontana coordinates 15- to 50-passenger party bus rentals for Sweet 16s and quinceañeras throughout San Bernardino and Riverside Counties — from the church in Fontana to the reception hall, with the full crew together for every photo op in between. Color-match the bus to your event theme, pre-load a custom playlist, and let the whole court arrive together instead of scattered across a caravan of family cars.
Popular reception venues like the Fontana Community Senior Center event space, the National Orange Show Events Center (689 S E St, San Bernardino, CA 92408) for larger celebrations, and private halls throughout the 909 are all within easy range. For adult milestone birthdays heading to a Yaamava' casino night or a rooftop bar in Rancho Cucamonga, a party bus handles the full group in a single vehicle — no one gets left behind and everyone arrives at the same time. Call 323-380-3985 to plan your Fontana birthday or quinceañera bus rental.

Fontana Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Glen Helen Amphitheater (2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) holds 65,000 people, sits on a two-lane approach road off the 138, and has exactly one way in and one way out on show nights. After a Knotfest or Aftershock headliner ends, the main lot turns into a 90-minute parking crawl before most cars reach Glen Helen Parkway. A Fontana concert bus rental skips that entirely — your group loads up on board, the bus waits in the designated oversized vehicle area, and you're rolling north on the 138 while everyone else is still idling in row J.
Toyota Arena (4000 E Ontario Center Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764) draws major acts year-round, with bus drop-off available near the arena's Ontario Center Parkway entrance. For sold-out shows at the Fox Performing Arts Center in Riverside or festival weekends at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, a party bus from Fontana keeps the whole crew together and the pregame energy going the whole way there. Call 323-380-3985 for a concert bus quote.

Fontana Corporate Event Transportation
Fontana and the broader Inland Empire corridor along the I-10 and I-15 host a growing cluster of logistics, distribution, and manufacturing headquarters — Amazon, Skechers, Cardinal Health — and corporate events here routinely involve groups commuting between Ontario, San Bernardino, and Riverside. A Fontana corporate bus rental keeps your executive team, clients, or conference attendees together and on schedule without asking anyone to navigate the I-15 and I-10 stack interchange during the afternoon rush.
The Riverside Convention Center (3637 5th St, Riverside, CA 92501) handles regional conferences and expos regularly; bus drop-off at the 5th Street entrance keeps your attendees steps from registration without the parking structure line. For multi-day events, we coordinate staggered shuttle loops between hotels in Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga and the event venue so no one misses a keynote because they were hunting for a parking spot. WiFi and power outlets on charter buses mean your team stays productive on the drive.
Call 323-380-3985 to discuss your corporate transportation needs.

Fontana Private Event Transportation Services
The National Orange Show Events Center (689 S E St, San Bernardino, CA 92408) draws tens of thousands of attendees during its signature events every May, and the I-215 and E Street corridor around the venue turns into a slow crawl for hours on either side of the gates opening. A private charter bus from Fontana drops your group at the main entrance before the worst of it sets in and waits nearby for pickup — one flat rate, one vehicle, no one stuck in the lot for an hour after closing.
The same logic applies to large family reunions using park pavilions in Jurupa Valley, church retreats heading up to Big Bear Lake, or charity gala groups shuttling between hotels in Ontario and an event space in San Bernardino. When your group is too large to coordinate as a caravan and the parking situation at your venue is genuinely difficult, a Fontana party bus or charter bus keeps everyone together for one predictable cost. Call 323-380-3985 and we'll build a transportation plan around your event's specific needs.

Fontana Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season across San Bernardino and Riverside Counties runs late April through late May, with high schools in Fontana, Rialto, San Bernardino, and Rancho Cucamonga all booking within a tight six-week window. Demand spikes hard every spring — the best vehicles in our network commit to prom dates months in advance, and last-minute bookings in April regularly end in higher rates or no availability at all. For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing and limited vehicle choices.
A typical Fontana prom run — school or home pickup, a photo stop at the Citrus Plaza fountain or Victoria Gardens, venue drop-off, and a late-night return — runs 5 to 6 hours. Parents appreciate knowing the group has a reliable, dedicated ride the whole night. Students get the LED lights, the sound system, and the experience of arriving together.
Party Bus Fontana works directly with parent committees and student organizers across the 909 to make the logistics easy. Call 323-380-3985 now to lock in your date before the spring rush.

Fontana School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Charter buses give teachers and chaperones a real advantage over the alternative on field trip day. At the California Speedway / Auto Club Speedway (9300 Cherry Ave, Fontana, CA 92335), school groups attending STEM-focused racing events park in designated bus staging areas off Cherry Avenue — one coordinated charter bus arrival is vastly simpler than a dozen parent carpools trying to sort themselves out across a 500-acre motorsports complex. At the San Bernardino County Museum (2024 Orange Tree Ln, Redlands, CA 92374), the bus drops students directly at the entrance so no one walks across a busy parking lot.
Longer field trips to the California Science Center in Los Angeles or the San Diego Zoo run smoothly on full-size charter buses with onboard restrooms — no roadside stops on the I-10, no counting heads at every gas station. Overhead storage handles backpacks, lunch coolers, and equipment; TV monitors and DVD players keep the group entertained on the way back to campus. ADA-accessible vehicles are always available — just mention your needs when you book.
Call 323-380-3985 for school group transportation in Fontana.

Fontana Sporting Event Transportation
Dodger Stadium (1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012) is 50 miles west of Fontana via the I-10 — a drive that takes 55 minutes on a Tuesday morning and two hours on a Friday night game. Parking at Chavez Ravine runs $35 per vehicle, the lots fill early on marquee matchups, and rideshare pickups after the final out stack up in the same narrow exit corridors as every other car trying to leave. A Fontana charter bus rental handles the whole group for a single per-head cost that beats the combined parking-and-surge math on most game nights.
Closer to home, the Inland Empire 66ers play at San Manuel Stadium (280 S E St, San Bernardino, CA 92401) — a short hop from Fontana on the I-215, with bus drop-off available at the E Street entrance. For soccer fans heading to Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson for LA Galaxy matches, a party bus turns the 60-mile run down the 710 into the pregame party. Call 323-380-3985 to book your Fontana sporting event bus rental.

Fontana Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
The Route 66 corridor between Fontana and Rancho Cucamonga is lined with wedding venues — historic estates, vineyard event spaces, and hotel ballrooms — and nearly all of them sit on or near the 210 Freeway's congested Friday-evening on-ramps. Asking out-of-town guests to navigate the I-15 and I-10 interchange to find a venue they've never been to, then park in a shared lot and walk four blocks in formal wear, is a reliable way to ensure late arrivals and frayed nerves before the ceremony even starts.
A Fontana wedding shuttle runs a clean loop between your hotel and the venue — pickup windows timed to your ceremony schedule, staged departures, and a single point of contact from the first quote to the final return run. Nobody in your bridal party navigates an unfamiliar interchange or pays for valet twice. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is also available for the bridal party on the day itself.
Because Party Bus Fontana has been coordinating wedding transportation since 2011, your timeline stays tight even when the reception runs long. Call 323-380-3985 for a free wedding transportation quote.

Fontana Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Temecula Valley Wine Country sits about 60 miles south of Fontana via the I-15 — close enough for a day trip, far enough that the drive back after four tastings is genuinely the wrong call for whoever ends up behind the wheel. A Fontana party bus rental handles the full circuit: Callaway Vineyard & Winery (32720 Rancho California Rd, Temecula, CA 92591), Ponte Winery (35053 Rancho California Rd, Temecula, CA 92591), South Coast Winery (34843 Rancho California Rd, Temecula, CA 92591) — as many stops as your group wants, with the bus waiting at each estate and no one calculating whether they're okay to drive home.
For Inland Empire pub crawls closer to home, the craft brewery scene along the 210 corridor in Rancho Cucamonga and San Bernardino — including Hangar 24 Craft Brewery (1710 Sessums Dr, Redlands, CA 92374) and nearby taprooms — makes a tight, walkable route that a minibus can cover without anyone worrying about parking at each stop. Your group stays together from the first pint to the last call. Call 323-380-3985 for a winery tour bus quote.

Frequently Asked Questions About our Fontana Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Fontana, California?
Fontana party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, your date, and how many hours you need. As a guide: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Weekend rates and peak-event dates run higher.
The fastest way to get an exact number for your specific date and route is to call 323-380-3985 — all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds, no commitment required.
What airports does Party Bus Fontana serve?
We cover airport transfers to and from Ontario International Airport (ONT), Los Angeles International (LAX), John Wayne Airport (SNA), and Palm Springs International (PSP). ONT is the closest to Fontana at roughly 8 miles west on the I-10 and is the most practical choice for groups arriving in the Inland Empire. For groups flying into LAX, we coordinate the transfer straight to Fontana or any nearby hotel so your group doesn't have to navigate the I-405 on their own after a long flight.
Can a charter bus get into Glen Helen Amphitheater?
Yes. Glen Helen Amphitheater accommodates oversized vehicles in designated areas off Glen Helen Parkway. Because the main lot has a single point of entry and exit, charter buses that arrive early can wait in position and depart well ahead of the general lot traffic after the show.
When you book with Party Bus Fontana, we confirm the current approach and waiting zone for your specific event date — show configurations and traffic management vary by event size, so the details are confirmed per booking rather than assumed.
When does prom demand peak in the Inland Empire, and what does it cost to wait?
Prom season across San Bernardino and Riverside Counties runs from late April through late May, with dozens of high schools booking within a six-week window. A 50-person, 6-hour prom rental costs approximately $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked in January or February. The same rental in April — when availability is thin — typically runs $2,800–$3,500 or results in no vehicle availability at all.
The difference between booking early and booking late is $1,000 or more. Lock in your date by January.
How do I get a price quote for a Fontana bus rental?
Use our online quote tool for instant pricing in under 30 seconds — no account required, no commitment to book. You'll see vehicle options and all-inclusive prices for your specific date and headcount right away. If you'd rather talk through the details with someone, our reservation team is available 24/7/365 at 323-380-3985.
Either way, the price you see covers everything — there are no costs added after you book.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least three to six months in advance for the best vehicle selection and pricing. For prom season (April–May), book by January. For summer weddings and graduation weekends in May and June, book six months or more ahead — Inland Empire vehicle availability compresses significantly around those dates.
For events tied to major Southern California weekends — Coachella, the National Orange Show, NASCAR at Auto Club Speedway — book as soon as your date is confirmed. For everything else, two to four weeks of lead time is workable, but earlier always means better options and a lower rate. Call 323-380-3985 right now to lock in your date.
Popular Fontana Party Bus Destinations
From the racetrack to the casino floor, Fontana and its Inland Empire neighbors have no shortage of destinations worth making a group trip out of. Here are six spots your group will love arriving at together — and why a bus makes the difference at each one.

Auto Club Speedway (Fontana)
Auto Club Speedway is a 2-mile superspeedway right in Fontana's backyard, hosting NASCAR Cup Series races, IndyCar events, and major STEM education days for local schools. Race weekends draw 50,000-plus fans onto Cherry Avenue and the 210 Freeway, with general parking at $30–$40 per vehicle and premium lots selling out by early afternoon. Charter buses enter the designated oversized vehicle lanes off Cherry Avenue, drop at the gate, and wait in the bus lot the whole time — no one missing laps because they were circling D lot looking for an open space.
Address: 9300 Cherry Ave, Fontana, CA 92335
Phone: (909) 429-5000

Glen Helen Amphitheater (San Bernardino)
Glen Helen Amphitheater is one of Southern California's largest outdoor concert venues, with a capacity of 65,000 and a calendar that includes Knotfest, Aftershock, and traveling festival lineups from spring through fall. The venue sits at the end of a two-lane road off the 138 in Devore — there is no alternative route in or out, and post-show traffic regularly backs up for 90 minutes or more. Groups that arrive by charter bus wait in the oversized parking area and gain significant exit timing flexibility over the general lot.
Address: 2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407
Phone: (909) 307-2800

Yaamava' Resort & Casino (Highland)
Yaamava' Resort & Casino is the largest casino in California, operated by the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians on a campus that includes a hotel tower, a concert venue, multiple restaurants, and a poker room. It sits about 10 miles east of Fontana via the 210 Freeway, and the casino runs its own charter bus program — private buses from Fontana can drop directly at the main porte-cochere. For birthday groups, bachelorette parties, and corporate outings making a night of it, a party bus that handles both the outbound trip and the late-night return is simply the right answer.
Address: 777 San Manuel Blvd, Highland, CA 92346
Phone: (909) 864-5050

Victoria Gardens (Rancho Cucamonga)
Victoria Gardens is an open-air lifestyle center with 180+ shops, restaurants, a cultural center, and the Lewis Family Playhouse. It sits at the north end of Rancho Cucamonga and draws massive crowds during the holiday shopping season, when Haven Avenue and Foothill Boulevard back up on weekend afternoons. A minibus from Fontana drops your group at the Monet Avenue entrance, handles the entire crew in a single vehicle, and picks everyone up at a set time — no one getting separated across three different parking structures.
Address: 7854 Monet Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739
Phone: (909) 463-2830

Toyota Arena (Ontario)
Toyota Arena seats 11,000 and hosts concerts, Ontario Reign hockey, and other events year-round, roughly 10 miles west of Fontana on the I-10. The arena sits inside the Ontario Center development, where parking fills fast on sold-out nights and the post-event exit onto Ontario Center Parkway compresses quickly. Bus drop-off is available near the main entrance on Ontario Center Parkway.
For concert groups that want the party to start on the way there — with LED lighting and a sound system already going — a party bus from Fontana is the obvious move.
Address: 4000 E Ontario Center Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764
Phone: (909) 244-2220

National Orange Show Events Center (San Bernardino)
The National Orange Show Events Center hosts the National Orange Show Fair every May — a 100-year-plus Inland Empire tradition drawing 100,000+ visitors — along with swap meets, car shows, concerts, and trade expos throughout the year. The venue sits near the I-215 and I-10 interchange in San Bernardino, and during the May fair the E Street and Mill Street approaches get extremely congested. Charter bus groups use the designated commercial vehicle entrance and drop near the main gate, bypassing the parking lot scramble entirely.
For groups attending the fair or a major expo, this is one of the cleaner group drop-off situations in the region.
Address: 689 S E St, San Bernardino, CA 92408
